Terms of Service
Last updated May 22, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Invcly (“the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Free service
Invcly is free to use. There are no paid tiers, no trials, and no mandatory upgrades. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid add-ons in the future, but the core invoicing functionality will always be available at no cost.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for anything that happens under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Invcly to:
- Send invoices for fraudulent goods or services.
- Harass, deceive, or spam other people.
- Violate any applicable law, including tax and consumer-protection law.
- Attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service.
5. Your content
You own the data you put into Invcly — invoices, clients, products, and so on. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data only to operate the service for you.
6. Service availability
Invcly is provided on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Invcly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Invcly at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you can request an export of your data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
